My client is an instantly recognisable brand who urgently require a hugely talented UX Designer with proficiency in the use of design tools such as Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD (or similar), understanding of HTML / CSS / JavaScript principles and proven expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes and mockups.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UX Designer in a complex commercial environment
- Expertise in designing intuitive user interfaces and interactions for web and mobile applications that align with user needs and business goals
- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centred Design processes, UX / UI deliverables and web / mobile application Designs
- Expertise in visual design, information architecture, interaction design and usability, with the ability to confidently create wireframes, prototypes, mockups and interactive prototypes to illustrate design ideas and user flows
- Proficiency with Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD (or similar) design tools
- Understanding of HTML / CSS / JavaScript principles to enable effective communication with software engineers
- Experience of working within Agile / Scrum methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and colleagues
- Flexible approach towards hybrid working when required
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with user research and usability testing tools such as UserTesting / Hotjar / Google Analytics
