Your new company You will be joining a leading government-focused digital transformation programme, working within a multidisciplinary team to help shape and improve user-centred digital services.

This is an opportunity to contribute to a high-profile discovery project focused on improving service delivery and user experience.

Your new role As a User Researcher (SFIA Level 4), you will support the discovery phase of a digital transformation project, working closely with product managers, designers, developers and stakeholders.

You will plan and conduct user research activities, analyse findings and translate insights into actionable recommendations that inform service design and delivery.

Working within an agile environment, you will champion user-centred design principles, ensure research findings are embedded into delivery teams, and help build consensus among stakeholders through evidence-based decision-making.

Experience delivering user research within agile digital projects.

Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and research methodologies.

Ability to plan, conduct and analyse user research activities.

Experience synthesising research findings and presenting clear recommendations.
