Are you a dedicated and passionate Speech & Language Therapist looking to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with additional needs? Hays Education is working in partnership with a wide network of SEN schools across the London area, and we are recruiting skilled SaLT professionals for both long-term and permanent roles.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Speech & Language Therapist working through Hays Education, you will:
- Deliver targeted communication interventions
- Work as part of multi-disciplinary teams (OTs, EPs, SEN teachers, support staff)
- Develop communication plans and therapy programmes
- Support EHCP processes and assessments
- Help pupils build confidence, independence, and essential life skills
What We’re Looking For
- HCPC-registered Speech & Language Therapists
- Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication and collaborative working skills
- A commitment to pupil wellbeing and inclusive support
