This highly ranked private client firm is looking for an experienced lawyer to join the team who acts for trustees (both individuals and trust companies), beneficiaries and charities. They also have particular experience acting for other fiduciaries such as executors, protectors, attorneys and deputies.
The caseload covers a full range of complex private trust and estate disputes including hostile litigation, administration actions and trust issues on divorce. The work regularly requires advice on the recovery of assets, injunction and enforcement proceedings in commercial and fraud cases involving trusts, foundations, and corporate structures.
A large proportion of the work is offshore and international, ranging from multi-jurisdictional trust disputes to probate disputes for individuals with assets in multiple jurisdictions.
