Williams@hays. com Joining the team as Management Accountant, you will be responsible for the production of the monthly management accounts, reporting into the Senior Management Accountant.
To be successful as our Management Accountant, you must hold a formal accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
Your new role Prepare monthly management accounts.
Inventory management – including overhead calculations.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts including prepayments, accruals etc. Calculate monthly R&D capitalisation and prepare annual information for R&D claims.
Post payroll journals.
Manage information for corporation tax calculations.
Help with annual audit requirements.
Manage the Fixed Asset register.
Help with the year-end process and setting up statutory accounts.
What you'll need to succeed Professional qualification ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
Advance Excel user.
Report writing experience, Power BI/Power Point or similar is desirable.
