You will be joining a large construction company in Carlisle who are seeking administrative support in their training team, on a temporary basis. If you're ready to take on a new challenge in a fast-paced organisation, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Your new role

This role is full-time in the office in Carlisle. You will work as part of a small team to respond to training requirements. You will acknowledge receipt of correspondence (predominantly incoming via email), arrange training via external organisations or utilise the organisation's own training programs. You will then update the internal database with this information. Working hours Monday-Friday (8:00 -16:30). 39 hours per week.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good systems knowledge, including Outlook and basic Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, including diary management responsibilities.
