We are looking for experienced and safety-conscious Traffic Marshall's to join our construction teams across Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. This role involves managing the safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians on busy construction sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and control the movement of vehicles and plant on-site.
- Ensure safe access and egress for delivery vehicles.
- Communicate clearly with drivers and site personnel using hand signals and radios.
- Monitor site traffic flow and maintain safety at all times.
- Assist with general site duties when required.
- Report any hazards or incidents promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Traffic Marshall or in a similar role.
- Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman certificate (essential).
