Our client is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Total Rewards Consultant to join their International Total Rewards Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that shapes and administers a comprehensive Rewards Framework, aligning with the company's Compensation Philosophy. Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation Analysis: Collaborate on the design, review, and management of the Total Rewards Framework, including job catalog, compensation structures, and incentive programs. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and generate insightful reports to evaluate current rewards programs, trends, and best practices. Prepare and submit compensation surveys and related studies to ensure competitive positioning.
- Data Management and Reporting: Collect and analyse data from various sources to create compelling dashboards and reports for monitoring and analysing trends in people data.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with HR Business Partners to enhance Total Rewards communication and ensure clarity and transparency. Participate in the global annual compensation review process, including meticulous data validation and system configuration. Partner with the HRIS team to maintain accurate and up-to-date compensation data in the HR system. Support cross-regional Total Rewards initiatives, contributing to a cohesive global strategy.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Compensation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail; experience in working with people data is preferred.
- Experience with Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules.
- Excellent interpersonal, consulting, and communication skills to work collaboratively across teams and diverse cultures.
