Your New Role
As the Total Reward Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a global reward strategy for a complex, international organisation. Partnering closely with the Head of Reward, you’ll lead cyclical reward activities, analyse market trends, ensure compliance with evolving legislation, and act as a trusted expert to senior stakeholders across the business. This is a high‑impact, specialist role where your insight will directly influence reward decisions and organisational performance. Responsibilities
- Annual reward cycles — Lead key processes including annual salary review, short‑term and long‑term incentive plans, and ad‑hoc reward programmes.
- Global mobility support — Contribute to global mobility activity and statutory reporting for globally mobile employees, including short‑term business visitor requirements.
- Regulatory reporting — Support delivery of CEO pay ratio, Gender Pay Gap, EU Pay Transparency requirements and Directors’ Remuneration reporting.
- Stakeholder engagement — Work with senior leaders and third‑party providers, presenting updates and insights, ensuring strong governance, clarity, and evidence‑based decision‑making.
- Complex reward queries — Provide clear, transparent advice on a wide range of specialist reward matters.
- Reward strategy delivery — Support the Head of Reward in executing the global reward strategy across the organisation. Provide benchmarking, workforce analytics and market insights to inform reward decisions.
What You Need to Succeed
- CIPD Chartered membership or equivalent specialist reward experience.
- Experience in a senior reward, compensation or total reward role within a complex organisation. (Global expertise desirable).
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and the confidence to operate as a subject‑matter expert, paired with the confidence to present to senior leaders.
- Strong technical capability in Excel and reward analytics – comfortable working with large, complex datasets.
- Hunger, pace and accountability—someone who responds quickly, takes ownership and thrives in an environment that can be reactive.
- Project management capability — Proven ability to manage projects and deliver successful outcomes.
- Experience with job evaluation methodologies and global mobility is advantageous.
