Your new company An exciting opportunity has arisen to support the delivery of a major sporting and live event as part of a high-profile ticketing operation.
Working within a fast-paced large event, you'll play a key role in ensuring ticketing information, reporting and issue management runs smoothly throughout the event period.
Your new role As Ticketing Control Room Duty Lead, you'll be the primary ticketing contact within the control room during your allocated shift.
You'll coordinate information between venue ticketing teams and key stakeholders, ensuring ticketing issues are escalated appropriately and reporting is completed accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities include: Acting as the main ticketing point of contact within the control room during your shift.
Receiving and managing ticketing-related issues, escalating where required.
Collating daily ticketing reports from multiple venues.
Accurately transferring venue reporting data into RAVEN.
Ensuring daily reports are correctly stored and maintained in Share Point.
Providing ticketing statistics, updates and operational status reports to GOC staff.
Supporting effective communication between venue teams, the control room and wider stakeholders.
Assisting with live operational issue management in a fast-moving event environment.
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you'll bring previous experience from a ticketing, sporting, events or live operations environment and will thrive when working under pressure.
You'll have: Previous ticketing operations experience.
Experience working within live events, sporting events or operational control environments.
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
Experience using radio communications.
Excellent attention to detail.
The ability to prioritise and manage multiple updates simultaneously.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
A calm, professional approach when dealing with live operational issues.
Experience within football clubs, sports organisations, major events or venue operations would be highly advantageous.
