Your new role: We are seeking a highly experienced Test Manager to lead and coordinate testing activities across complex supply chain and warehouse management systems, with a particular focus on Blue Yonder Discrete and Swiftlog platforms. Develop and manage end-to-end test strategies, plans, and schedules for Blue Yonder Discrete and Swiftlog implementations. Lead a team of testers (onshore and offshore), ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define test requirements and acceptance criteria. Oversee functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing phases. Ensure traceability of test cases to business requirements and technical specifications. Manage defect triage, reporting, and resolution processes.

What you'll need to succeed: Proven experience as a Test Manager in large-scale enterprise environments. Strong hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Discrete WMS and Swiftlog. Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. ISTQB certification or equivalent is desirable.
