An established and reputable organisation based in Bellshill is seeking a Temporary Compliance Administrator to join their busy Property Services team. Offering hybrid working and an immediate start, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with strong data management, systems and compliance experience.
This is a highly systems-focused position where accuracy and attention to detail are essential. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance records, analysing data and supporting the administration of property and maintenance-related activities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Inputting, extracting and analysing data from compliance reports, risk assessments and planned maintenance records
- Maintaining accurate, audit-ready compliance databases and records
- Producing reports and supporting data validation activities
- Managing shared inboxes and responding to enquiries
- Updating spreadsheets and internal systems with high levels of accuracy
- Supporting the wider Property Services team with administrative tasks
- Assisting with compliance monitoring and reporting requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in an administrative, compliance or data-focused role
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with large volumes of data
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and validation
- Confidence using Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams and Word
- The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to work
- Experience within housing, property services or another regulated environment would be advantageous
