We are working with a reputable organisation seeking to appoint a Customer Experience - Support Representative to join their growing team. This role plays a key part in delivering a high-quality customer journey, acting as a central point of contact and ensuring efficient coordination across service operations. As a Customer Services Coordinator your role will involve:

  • Customer Engagement & Case Management.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers across all stages of the service lifecycle.
  • Understanding customer needs and managing requirements throughout each stage.
  • Taking ownership of case management, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Coordinating service visits, including scheduling activities alongside field service teams.
  • Managing service quotations, contracts, and order processing.
  • Allocating and tracking job numbers, ensuring accurate records and completion updates.
  • Processing purchase requisitions and managing order workflows.
  • Supporting invoicing processes and ensuring accurate financial handling.
  • Maintaining stock and inventory levels for field-based engineers.
  • Managing parts quotations and securing purchase orders post-service delivery.
  • Supporting helpdesk operations including call handling and service coordination.
  • Ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of service activities.
  • Escalating customer issues or complaints where necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and supporting account setup processes.
  • Ensuring adherence to internal quality management systems and procedures.
  • Collaborating across departments to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Contributing to KPI tracking and performance targets.

What you'll need to succeed:
