Technical Supervisor | Food Manufacturing

Your new company A successful food manufacturing business based in County Fermanagh, Enniskillen is seeking a Technical Supervisor to join its Technical team. Your new role As Technical Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day management and monitoring of the site's technical systems, ensuring customer specifications, food safety standards and statutory requirements are consistently achieved. You will work closely with production teams to maintain high standards of product quality, hygiene and compliance while supporting both internal and external audit activity. Responsibilities will include coordinating the internal audit programme, assisting with external audit preparation, maintaining supplier approval documentation, and ensuring corrective actions are effectively implemented and sustained. This role offers excellent exposure to technical systems, auditing and food safety compliance within a manufacturing environment.
