We are working with a fast-growing, innovative clean energy business targeting Commercial and Industrial clients.

They offer expertise across solar, battery storage, EV charging and energy management supporting decarbonisation and the net-zero journey.

They have an opportunity for a M&E (Power/Renewables) Graduate to join their Business Development/Sales Team where you will be using your Technical Skills in a Sales/Business Development role.

You will have a relevant technical degree and around 12 months' experience in a client-facing sales environment.

You will: Identify and research target organisations, map decision-makers, and use AI tools for market intelligence.

Develop and execute personalised outbound campaigns (email, Linked In, etc.), secure meetings, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Work closely with the Marketing Manager to run Account-Based Marketing campaigns, coordinate outreach, and nurture leads.

Maintain accurate records on the company's CRM, align sales and marketing activities, support reporting, and follow GDPR/data governance best practices.

Use AI tools to improve prospecting, automate tasks, and share best practices with the team.

You will have: A Degree in a relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Power, Renewables).

Strong communication and organisational skills, commercial curiosity, self-motivation, and confidence with senior stakeholders.

Ideally, experience with AI tools, CRM platforms and have worked in customer-facing roles.
