The school will support young people aged 11-16 with social communication, emotional regulation, and sensory processing needs, often associated with Autism. Your new role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our founding team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the school's journey from the very beginning. You will primarily be based at the Chaldon site, with occasional work at a satellite site in Caterham. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils' learning, wellbeing, and personal development. You'll help create a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive, while also assisting with care needs and positive behaviour management when required.
