Salary: £23,210 - £24,818 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience) + £1,000 Welcome Bonus*

Hours: 40 hours per week, Term Time Only - Start: 8:15am Finish: Mon-Wed 4:45pm, Thu 5:00pm, Fri 4:00pm

We are excited to be working with a new specialist SEND secondary school from September 2025 close to Redhill in Surrey. The school will support young people aged 11-16 with social communication, emotional regulation, and sensory processing needs, often associated with Autism. With small class sizes, high levels of classroom support, and a dedicated multidisciplinary intervention team, they provide a personalised curriculum that inspires, engages, and empowers each learner.

Your new role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our founding team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the school's journey from the very beginning. You will primarily be based at the Chaldon site, with occasional work at a satellite site in Caterham. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils' learning, wellbeing, and personal development. You'll help create a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive, while also assisting with care needs and positive behaviour management when required.
