Your new company Hays works with a wide range of secondary schools within the Cheshire East area. By working with Hays, you will be working with a dedicated consultant who will work to your requirements to find your next role. You will receive support throughout the whole interview process, from the initial application stage all the way through to starting the role and beyond. The roles will be flexible to suit your needs (part and full-time options available). Your new role You will be responsible for carrying out general Teaching Assistant duties, such as helping set up the classrooms and working closely with pupils who need extra support. You will need to have the ability to adapt to work with pupils of all abilities. What you’ll need to succeed In order to be successful in securing this position, recent experience working with children in the UK within the last 2 years would be beneficial, for example, in an education setting or as a support worker. You will be supported in these roles by the school and your dedicated Hays consultant.
