Your new role
Thisjob has been newly created within the team and therefore would be a crucialposition for ensuring that the company adheres to all tax regulations andaccurately reports its financial activities. The job will involve leading thepreparation of the tax provisions, managing the outsourced tax compliance anddriving process improvements across corporate tax. Collaborating closely withinternal teams and external stakeholders across and beyond the North West,you\’ll be the go-to person for reporting, mitigation and planning to ensureefficiency, accuracy and continuous improvement across the group.

What you\’ll need to succeed
We\’relooking for a technically strong, CTA-qualified tax professional withexperience in tax reporting and compliance, ideally gained in industry. You\’llbring deep knowledge of IFRS, UK corporate tax and indirect taxes. Alongsidethis, you\’ll have strong analytical skills and have the confidence to manageexternal tax service providers. Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement are essential for this role as you\’ll build relationships across thegroup. An ambitious, collaborative and confident leader will flourish in thisjob.
