Rare opening at this highly ranked City firm for an ambitious lawyer to advise on major tax matters across the UK and cross-border for listed companies, foreign owned companies, public sector bodies and institutional investors on all aspects of tax disputes work. Ideally you will have solid experience of both direct tax and indirect tax issues, HMRC powers, tribunal procedure and High Court restitution and judicial review. You will be used to dealing with the HMRC enquiry process and also have experience in running Tax Tribunal proceedings and tax litigation in the High Court.
