The Financial Services team advises on complex, high-profile, multi-country projects across Banking, Insurance and Wealth & Asset Management.

As a Tax Director within the Financial Services team, you will take on a senior leadership position, delivering complex international tax advisory projects to a wide-ranging client base, from growing inbound businesses to large multinational organisations.

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery
  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of tax projects, ensuring both technical excellence and a commercially focused approach
  • Identifying and driving new business opportunities, contributing to proposals and leveraging insights from previous engagements
  • Developing and strengthening internal and external networks to support business growth
  • Coaching, mentoring and developing junior team members through delegation and on-the-job training

You will be an experienced tax professional with a strong technical background and proven leadership capability, ideally within Financial Services.

  • A client-focused approach with strong commercial awareness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across a range of stakeholders
  • A proactive, flexible attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams and developing junior staff
  • Strong technical expertise in international tax, including reviewing and advisory work
  • A relevant professional qualification such as ATT, ACA, CA or CTA (or equivalent knowledge, e.g. a legal qualification)
  • Experience working with clients in Banking, Insurance or Wealth & Asset Management
