Your new role as Talent Acquisition Partner offers a salary of up to £43,000 pa plus a range of benefits, based in North East Somerset, on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be part of the HR team, taking ownership of the recruitment function. You will work on a wide range of vacancies for all business functions across all regions, liaising with hiring managers, maximising the success of the hiring process, and managing relationships with subcontractors and recruitment agencies.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Proven Experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition: Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Proficiency in ATS Management: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, with the ability to optimise ATS for efficient candidate tracking and reporting.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Expertise in Direct Sourcing: Skilled in using tools like LinkedIn to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
  • Knowledge of IR35 Regulations: Familiarity with IR35 and its implications on hiring practices, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
