Your new company
Our client, based in Glasgow city centre, is looking to hire a talented professional, for a period of three months, to assist with a large-volume project.
Your new role
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you\’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of roles. You\’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate experience.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles, from briefing to offer stage.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing expert guidance and market insights.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
- Manage job postings, screen applications, and conduct initial interviews.
- Champion a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and best practices.
What you\’ll need to succeed
You will have demonstrated experience working in an in-house or agency environment. You will be comfortable working on multiple volume campaigns and have the ability to use multiple resource streams to fill in the region of 50 vacancies.
