This latest opportunity involves a £5m+ commercial/industrial project in Berkshire, combining demolition and new-build construction. This scheme will require a Project Manager who can lead from pre-construction through to successful completion.

The Role
As Project Manager, you will:

- Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets on projects of similar scale (£3m-£5m+).
