Working within the Test and Qualification team, you'll play a pivotal role in both theoretical analysis and hands-on product qualification. You'll coordinate cross-functional engineering activities to ensure systems verification and compliance. This position suits organised, multi-disciplined engineers who thrive on variety and technical challenge.
Key Responsibilities- Qualification planning - interpret and manage technical requirements to create and execute qualification programmes.
- System verification - take ownership of verification matrices and ensure completion of all related activities.
- Test execution - develop, perform, and report on test plans, occasionally participating as a test subject when safe.
- Evidence validation - assess similarities between products to determine if existing test data can qualify new designs.
- Analytical support - use analytical and computational tools to support product qualification.
- Continuous improvement - identify inefficiencies and contribute to better engineering systems and practices.
- Foster an inclusive, respectful, and safety-first culture.
- Engage in professional development through training, mentoring, and self-led learning.
