Hays Building Services are pleased to be assisting an Electrical Contractor in Swindon with the recruitment of an Electrical Contracts Manager to join their growing team.

You will take full responsibility for managing multiple projects from enquiry through to handover, play a key role in business development and departmental growth as well as oversee works across high-end domestic, commercial and industrial sectors.

You will develop engineers, carry out appraisals and support their progression, ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high quality standard, maintain full responsibility for health and safety compliance as well as produce RAMS and associated documentation.

You will have previous experience in Electrical Project Management, strong commercial awareness and financial understanding, as well as excellent communication skills to liaise professionally with clients and a range of internal and external stakeholders.

This role is being offered with a salary between £50,000 - £60,000 per annum and car allowance on a permanent contract.
