This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor to join a thriving Probate team within the wider Private Client department. You will handle a high-quality and varied caseload, including administering large and complex taxable estates such as farms, landed estates, and those with international aspects.
You will be a qualified Solicitor, ideally with experience from newly qualified up to around five years post-qualification, and have a genuine interest in probate law. Ideally, you will be STEP qualified or working towards STEP/ATT/CTA (as all team members are either qualified or studying), possess strong technical knowledge including inheritance tax calculations and the application of business and agricultural property reliefs, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
