Overview
In this role you will perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) in line with SFG20, statutory and contractual requirements, and handle reactive maintenance tasks including fault-finding and repairs. You will cover LV distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, power systems and controls to keep client facilities running smoothly. Responsibilities
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) following SFG20, statutory requirements, and contractual obligations
- Perform reactive maintenance tasks, fault-finding, and repairs across LV distribution systems
- Maintain and troubleshoot lighting, emergency lighting, power systems and electrical controls
Key requirements
- Qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent)
