Key Responsibilities:- Lead business process reviews for ERP platforms and Building Services
- Capture and map AS-IS and TO-BE processes
- Assess operational impacts and support change planning and engagement
- Produce clear recommendations to support decision-making and implementation
- Strong background in business process analysis and service review work.
- Proven experience supporting organisational change.
- Experience with education systems and/or ERP platforms.
- Confident running workshops and working with frontline operational teams.
Up to £450 Per Day, Outside IR35.
