Your new company HAYS Cardiff are recruiting a skilled labourer to join a major multi-award-winning Tier One construction company on an exciting new project in the heart of Swansea. Your new role You'll be part of a professional construction team helping to build a state-of-the-art facility. Your responsibilities will include:
- Moving, collecting and setting up materials and tools
- Performing general labouring duties to maintain a clean, safe and efficient work environment
- Ensuring all work meets health and safety standards
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with labouring experience who enjoys working as part of a fast-paced and dynamic team.
What you'll need to succeed Proven experience working as a Labourer on construction sites. An in-person, valid in-date Green CSCS Card is a must. Full PPE and a strong awareness of site safety. Strong candidates will be reliable, punctual and have a proactive approach to any task given to them. A strong construction reference is required. Candidates based in or around Cardiff are highly encouraged to apply.
