It is an excellent stepping stone for those looking to build a broader skill set before deciding on a long-term specialism, whether that ultimately remains in practice or leads to a move into industry in the future.
This established and growing accountancy practice works with a broad portfolio of owner-managed businesses, charities and not-for-profit organisations across a range of sectors. With a strong reputation for client service and staff development, the firm offers a collaborative environment where people are encouraged to develop their skills and progress their careers.

- Supporting partners and managers with wider client service activities and business development initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed:

- Current Audit Supervisor or an experienced Audit Senior looking to step up.
- Strong knowledge of UK audit and accounting standards.
- Experience supervising and developing junior team members.

- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- Hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
- Clear opportunities for career progression.
- Ongoing professional development and training.
- Exposure to a diverse and interesting client portfolio.
- Supportive and collaborative working environment.

- Exposure to a broad range of businesses, stakeholders and industries, helping you develop a wider skill set than many first-time moves into industry can offer.
- Increased responsibility for managing client relationships, mentoring junior staff and leading assignments, providing valuable leadership experience at an early stage of your career.
- A strong platform for future career options, whether your long-term goal is to progress within practice or move into industry at a later stage with broader experience and greater commercial exposure.
