About the role: You will be working on a static site, maintaining private residential areas and communal spaces. The role will involve:
- Hedge cutting (majority of the work)
- General grounds maintenance duties
- Keeping outdoor areas clean, tidy, and well-presented
Requirements:
- Previous grounds maintenance experience preferred
- Must have steel toe cap boots
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high standard of grounds maintenance and landscaping across the site, ensuring all external areas are maintained safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out all aspects of lawn care, including mowing, fertilising, moss control and reseeding
- Plant, shrub and tree maintenance, including planting, pruning, pest and insect control, and feeding
- Maintaining paved and decked areas through pressure washing, cleaning, algaecide treatment, sealing, etc.
