Location: Epsom (Static site)

Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay)

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm start ASAP

About the role: You will be working on a static site, maintaining private residential areas and communal spaces. The role will involve:

  • Hedge cutting (majority of the work)
  • General grounds maintenance duties
  • Keeping outdoor areas clean, tidy, and well-presented

Requirements:

  • Previous grounds maintenance experience preferred
  • Must have steel toe cap boots

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high standard of grounds maintenance and landscaping across the site, ensuring all external areas are maintained safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out all aspects of lawn care, including mowing, fertilising, moss control and reseeding
  • Plant, shrub and tree maintenance, including planting, pruning, pest and insect control, and feeding
  • Maintaining paved and decked areas through pressure washing, cleaning, algaecide treatment, sealing, etc.
