In this role, you will take a leading position in the delivery of Post-secondary and Institutional projects from concept through construction. You will apply your understanding of the complexities of post-secondary clients, their funding models, and their governance structures to guide project development and ensure alignment with institutional goals. You will contribute to planning, renovation, and new-build projects of various scales while fostering strong client relationships through clarity, responsiveness, and collaborative problem-solving. As a senior practitioner, you will also mentor junior staff, support knowledge sharing within the studio, and help shape the continued growth of this company's post-secondary practice through lessons learned, sector insight, and close collaboration with the leadership team.

To be successful in this position, you will bring a degree in Architecture and eligibility to practice in Canada, along with registration as an Architect with the AIBC. You will have a minimum of five years of professional experience, including direct involvement in institutional or post-secondary projects. You will demonstrate a strong understanding of post-secondary environments and delivery models, combined with the ability to work across projects of different scales. Strong design judgment, technical rigor, and attention to detail will be essential, as will proficiency in Revit and standard architectural production tools.
