b Overview /b p As Supply Chain Procurement Specialist, you will strengthen procurement across multiple sites by shaping sourcing and category strategies, and by improving supply chain performance. You’ll analyse data to identify savings and efficiency gains, support supplier negotiations and development, and collaborate with global teams to optimise inventory and reduce risk. You’ll also contribute to demand planning, forecasting, and NPI programs, enabling continuous improvement and business transformation within a growing manufacturing organisation. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li competitive salary and benefits package /li li ongoing professional development /li li career progression opportunities /li li collaborative and supportive working environment /li li exposure to international suppliers /li li continuous improvement initiatives /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Develop and implement sourcing and category strategies /li li Analyse supply chain data to identify improvement opportunities /li li Support supplier negotiations, RFQs and supplier development activities /li li Collaborate with internal stakeholders, global suppliers and purchasing teams to optimise inventory and supplier performance /li li Reduce supply chain risk and deliver measurable business improvements /li li Support demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management /li li Contribute to New Product Introduction (NPI) programmes /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Degree qualification in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering or a related discipline /li li Minimum of 3 years experience in a supply chain, procurement or purchasing role /li li Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment /li li Proven track record of delivering procurement or supply chain improvement initiatives /li li Strong supplier management and commercial negotiation skills /li li Experience working with global suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders /li li Excellent analytical abilities with advanced Excel skills /li li Strong understanding of inventory optimisation, supply planning and forecasting processes /li li Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment /li li Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills /li /ul ul li communication /li li relationship-building /li li problem-solving /li li advanced Excel /li li analysis of supply chain data /li li inventory optimisation /li /ul
