Your new role:
- To provide a professional front-of-house service and efficient administrative support to the firm, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering excellent client service in line with the standards expected within an accountancy practice.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and incoming calls, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
- Manage the reception area, maintaining a tidy, organised, and presentable environment at all times.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately, taking messages where necessary.
- Greet clients and notify relevant staff of their arrival.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post.
- Provide general administrative support to partners and staff, including document preparation, printing, scanning, and filing.
- Maintain and update client records and databases in accordance with confidentiality and GDPR requirements.
- Assist with onboarding new clients, including setting up files and documentation.
- Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and diary management.
- Prepare standard letters, emails, and documents where required.
