Warehouse Team Manager in Sunbury

Your new company A leading 3pl with a wide range of loyal customers and an impressive track record. Your new role In this role you will lead approx 15 staff including Warehouse Team Leaders, working 0800-1600 Mon to Weds, and 1400-2200 on Thurs and Fri. You will oversee all operations from Receipt to Delivery, ensuring H&S and other processes are followed to achieve KPIs and deliver an excellent service. What you'll need to succeed You will be proven in a similar Shift Manager / Team Leader position within a fast-moving Warehouse. Ideally you will have both Flexi and Counterbalance FLT licences (although one or the other is also acceptable), you will be IT literate, and enjoy working closely with site management and your team to ensure success. You will motivate and develop your team, supporting their efforts and supporting lean and continuous improvement activities. Experience within sites that handle food and / or beverages is an advantage.
