Your new company: Hays Accountancy & Finance are supporting an international business who are looking for a fluent Dutch-speaking finance professional who has experience of processing purchase & sales ledger invoices to join their European AP/AR Finance team. This role can be based in Suffolk or 100% remote, as Dutch speaking is an essential requirement for this role.

Your new role: As a Dutch-speaking Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper, you will join their European AP/AR Finance team and take sole responsibility for their business operations in the Netherlands, hence the requirement to be fluent Dutch speaking, as you will manage the purchase & sales ledger transactional finance for their Dutch and German customers with direct-line reporting to their Global Finance Manager who is based in the UK.

Your typical duties will involve:

  • end-to-end processing of purchase invoices
  • reconciling supplier statements
  • preparing international transactions
