Hays are seeking an experienced and motivated Tax Manager / Senior Tax Advisor to join an established growing practice in Suffolk. Working closely with the Partners, you will take a leading role in delivering high quality taxation services, managing client relationships, and supporting the development of the tax team.
About the Role:
- As the firm's primary point of contact for taxation matters, you will bring strong technical expertise across a broad range of tax areas - including Trusts, Inheritance Tax, and Capital Gains Tax - and ensure our clients receive accurate, timely and compliant advice.
- This position also includes team leadership responsibilities, supporting and mentoring staff to help them grow and succeed.
- Advise on all areas of tax management, including Trusts, IHT and CGT.
- Verify, compile and submit financial and tax information.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.
- Actively contribute to business development and client acquisition.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience developing team members.
