As part of the role, you will manage a varied caseload and maintain strong client relationships. What you'll need to succeed: In order to be successful for this role, you should be MRICS qualified and a Registered Valuer. You should have a minimum of three years' post-qualification experience and proven experience in Red Book secured lending valuations. Strong regional knowledge within London and the South East is required. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is required for this role.
