We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to drive forward strategic HR activities across business units within a large complex organisation. As an HR BP, you will partner with key divisional leadership teams and drive forward a range of strategic HR & OD initiatives. We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who will develop the Business Partnering model with a focus on a range of strategic HR activities including workforce planning, strategic resourcing, manager capability, and change.
As an HR Business Partner, you will be undertaking a broad-ranging role with a focus on:
- Employee Engagement / Experience
- Workforce Planning
- Strategic Recruitment
- Senior HR Support to Business Leaders
- Organisational Design, Change, Transformation, Restructuring
- Culture
- Strategic Projects such as Performance Management
Candidates
- Chartered Member CIPD (preferable)
- CIPD Level 7
- Significant experience of HR Business Partnering within complex large-scale organisations
- Experience of strategic HR & OD including Engagement, Org Design, Workforce Planning, Senior Recruitment, Coaching / Advising Senior Leaders.
