We are working with a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation who are currently going through a period of change and transformation. This role will be working alongside an existing HR team to ensure colleagues affected by the change programme receive an excellent employee experience, in a timely and accurate manner. This includes redeployment activity, changes to terms and conditions and associated HR and payroll processes. The role will not have people management responsibility. Instead, it will provide assurance, coordination and oversight across multiple operational project teams, ensuring project activities are completed as expected and risks are identified early.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational assurance across all employee implementation activities.
  • Track employee journeys from consultation outcome through to implementation.
  • Ensure employee transfers, contractual changes and payroll actions are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • Coordinate contract transfer activity and support delivery across HR, Payroll, Shared Services and project teams.
  • Maintain oversight of employee trackers and implementation plans.
  • Ensure all employee data, documentation and processing activities are completed accurately.
  • Identify and escalate risks, exceptions and implementation issues.
  • Support quality assurance and completion checks across implementation activity.
  • Ensure employees do not fall between work streams or operational processes.
