Start your career where data meets decisions. If you’re curious about how numbers shape real-world outcomes and want a role that blends analytics with commercial insight, this is your chance. As an Analyst, you’ll join a consultancy team that supports pricing and estimating for Facilities Management and Logistics projects, helping turn complex data into clear, actionable plans. This is a foundation for a career in analytics, with structured training and mentoring to help you progress into an Estimator position within two to three years.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll begin by bringing order to tender data, cleaning and validating information from documents, drawings, and asset lists so it’s ready for analysis.
- From there, you’ll help build cost models and pricing templates, prepare simple dashboards, and support the bid team with clear, accurate reports.
- Supplier engagement will also be part of your role; gathering quotes, checking data accuracy, and highlighting key differences to inform decisions.
- You’ll maintain rate libraries and supplier trackers, assist with RFQs, and learn how compliance and sourcing timelines fit into the bigger picture.
- As you grow, you’ll contribute to process improvements, automation, and continuous development of the pricing tools, building skills that will set you up for long-term success.
What we’re looking for:
- You might have some experience in data analysis, pricing, finance, or commercial administration, perhaps from a graduate role or placement and you’re comfortable working with numbers and logic.
- Strong Excel skills are essential, and an interest in tools like Power BI, SQL, or Python will help you stand out.
- Above all, we’re looking for curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
If you’re excited by the idea of turning data into decisions and building a career in a growing field, we’d love to hear from you.
