We are recruiting for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a well-established organisation based in Stockton-on-Tees on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

The Role As Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting operational and strategic objectives through the provision of high-quality financial analysis, planning, and business partnering.
Collaborating with business units to provide insightful financial analysis and support strategic decision-making.
Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
Acting as a trusted advisor to operational and non-financial stakeholders, translating complex financial information into clear, meaningful business insights.
Monitoring business performance against budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators, identifying risks and opportunities.
Supporting cost management initiatives and driving continuous improvement projects across the business.
Evaluating the financial viability of projects and business initiatives, providing recommendations to support investment decisions.
Preparing and presenting timely financial reports, analysis, and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams.
Building strong relationships across the organisation to promote financial accountability and a data-driven culture.
Previous experience working as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar commercially focused finance role.
A recognised professional accounting qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or ACA, although candidates who are Qualified by Experience (QBE) with relevant expertise will also be considered.
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data effectively.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience of partnering with both finance and non-finance colleagues.
Proven experience of budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.6-month fixed-term contract with a reputable organisation.
