This is a varied role that would suit an organised and detail-focused administrator who enjoys working with data, processes and systems.
You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting financial administration, producing reports and ensuring important business processes run smoothly.
Your new role Extract, collate and analyse data from multiple systems, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and presented in a meaningful format for stakeholders.
Produce regular reports, summaries and management information to support business operations and decision-making.
Support financial administration activities, including processing statements, monitoring records, assisting with reconciliations and maintaining accurate system data.
Review, investigate and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
Maintain and monitor CRM and business systems, helping to ensure data integrity and efficient processes across the organisation.
Assist with compliance administration, maintaining records, tracking key dates and supporting regulatory requirements.
Work closely with colleagues to identify outstanding actions, improve processes and support the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Use Excel extensively to manipulate, validate and summarise data, producing clear and actionable information.
