Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking multiple experienced Stock Condition Surveyors to support ongoing projects. Your new role involves carrying out stock condition surveys across residential properties, working as part of a wider project team but with autonomy in the field. Key responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking on-site condition surveys of residential housing stock
- Capturing and recording data using tablet-based survey systems
- Assessing building fabric, condition and compliance factors
- Producing accurate and detailed survey information in line with client requirements
- Managing your own workload to deliver high volumes of surveys efficiently
- Working across multiple sites within Glasgow and the wider West region
What you'll need to succeed:
- Previous experience carrying out stock condition or fabric surveys
