Your new company This social housing provider is a reputable Housing Association based in the Glasgow region, committed to providing quality housing solutions. With a friendly and collaborative team environment, you will be welcomed and supported as you play a key part in delivering for their tenants within the Housing Team. Your new role As a Housing Officer, you'll manage a designated patch, with a focus on delivering exceptional housing support to tenants. This is an initial 2-month contract, with the possibility of extension. Generic Housing Officer duties: Dealing with anti-social behaviour, voids, allocations, rent arrears and covering a patch. Tenant Support: Be the go-to person for tenants, addressing enquiries, concerns, and requests promptly. Estate Management: Keep a keen eye on property conditions, conduct inspections, and coordinate repairs or maintenance. Tenancy Management: Handle agreements, rent collection, and arrears management. Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships within the community through events and initiatives.
