Excellent opportunity to join a highly reputable multi-disciplinary consultancy within their Essex office. You will be joining an organisation with a strong brand presence and will be working on a variety of high-profile and interesting projects, ensuring no two days are ever the same. This opportunity offers a blend of office-based collaboration and flexible/hybrid working, with up to two days per week from home.

As the Senior Building Surveyor you will be involved in a range of professional and project work. This will include conducting building surveys and defect analysis, through to contract administration, specification writing and employer's agent duties. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of projects, predominantly within the commercial sector. Whilst the role is based from the Essex office, it does involve regular travel to project sites.

In order to be successful for this role, you should be MRICS and have strong technical expertise. Excellent client-facing and interpersonal abilities are preferred. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is required.
