Your new role:

As the Building Surveyor, you will be involved in a broad range of commercial projects including healthcare and education through to residential and local authority projects. You will be involved with a range of duties including specification writing, contract administration, dilapidations, building surveys and condition surveys. You will receive full APC support as part of the role (if required).

What you'll need to succeed:

In order to be successful for this role you should have an RICS accredited Building Surveying degree and either be willing to complete your APC or have already gained chartered status. You should preferably have experience working with both residential and commercial projects. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is required.
