You will be joining a nationally known aerospace manufacturing business who, due to continuous growth and a gap in the team, are seeking an experienced CNC Miller - Setter/Operator to join their shop floor team. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Setting & Operation of CNC Milling machinery
- Responsible for setting a variety of CNC machine tools for operators
- Measuring of small-batch components and parts
- Quality inspection
- Helping with the training and monitoring of less experienced and junior staff
This is just a summed-up list, and other duties will be required.
Requirements:
- Previous CNC Milling experience
- Experience in setting up CNC milling machines (minimum 3-axis)
- Ability to read and work to technical engineering drawings
- Experience with Mazak would be highly beneficial
- Ability to use a range of tools to quality inspect parts and components
