Monday - Friday days

You will be joining a nationally known aerospace manufacturing business who, due to continuous growth and a gap in the team, are seeking an experienced CNC Miller - Setter/Operator to join their shop floor team. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Setting & Operation of CNC Milling machinery
  • Responsible for setting a variety of CNC machine tools for operators
  • Measuring of small-batch components and parts
  • Quality inspection
  • Helping with the training and monitoring of less experienced and junior staff

This is just a summed-up list, and other duties will be required.

Requirements:

  • Previous CNC Milling experience
  • Experience in setting up CNC milling machines (minimum 3-axis)
  • Ability to read and work to technical engineering drawings
  • Experience with Mazak would be highly beneficial
  • Ability to use a range of tools to quality inspect parts and components
