The Role

A 180 delivery role focused on managing candidates through the recruitment process and supporting high-volume Future Talent hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage candidate delivery for graduate, apprentice, and placement roles
  • Screen and progress applications in line with SLAs
  • Support and attend assessment centres across UK sites
  • Use ATS systems to manage recruitment activity
  • Deliver a strong candidate and stakeholder experience

About You

  • Recruitment delivery / coordination experience (high-volume preferred)
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • ATS experience
  • Willing to travel to UK assessment centres
  • Full UK driving licence essential
