You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred support by:

  • Supporting individuals from initial engagement through to recovery and move-on
  • Completing assessments, developing recovery plans and delivering tailored interventions
  • Promoting harm reduction and improving health outcomes
  • Supporting access to housing, healthcare, and wider support services
  • Managing risk, safeguarding concerns and maintaining accurate records

Experience working in homelessness, substance misuse, or a related support setting is required, along with a strong understanding of complex needs, including substance use and mental health. An Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service) is also necessary, and Oliver McGowan Training is desirable but preferred.
